Summary:Shown paths of rise of efficiency of treatment of highly manganese steels due to the use in the closed systems of the CHPC tools of mehatronici for the adaptive control by firmness of cutting edge of instruments from plates from the nadtverdih materials (PSTM) on the basis of first set, in the ranges of technological parameters of treatment of details, diagnostic signs of destruction of cutting plate on frequencies of resonance values of amplitudes of its vibrations. First it is led to, that a level of resonance excitation of instrument with plates with PSTM on the basis of cube nitrid of bor (CNB) at treatment of details from highly manganese steels in 2 times exceeds a level of resonance excitation at treatment of carbon stееls of the same hardness. Set constancy of diagnostic reaction on the change of technical state of the cutting instrument, equipped by the cutting plates with PSTM on the basis of CNB, at treatment of details from highly manganese steels in the spectrum of frequencies 1,6–1,8 cGts. During conducting of experimental researches first it is set, that of capacity of cutting instrument at treatment of details from highly manganese steels resonance Peak and frequency. descriptions are a diagnostic sign of spectrums of frequencies of own vibrations of cutting edge. First it is led to, that a level of resonance indignation of instrument with plates with PSTM on the basis of CNB at treatment of details from highly manganese steels in 2 times exceeds a level of resonance indignation at treatment of highly manganese steels. Effect of growth of level of resonance indignation at treatment of highly manganese steels, in relation to no manganese steels, conditioned by viscidity of material and by description of cycle of indignation and fading of vibrations, which causes concentration of energy of impulse in the more short sentinel area during time of impulse. First set constancy of diagnostic reaction on that is folded cutting plate with PSTM on the basis of CNB at treatment of details from highly manganese steels in the range of own frequencies of cutting plate of instrument, namely – 1,6-1,8 cGts. First it is set, that of beginning of intensive destruction of cutting plate with PSTM on the basis of CNB in the ranges of technological parameters of treatment of details an increase is a permanent diagnostic sign at a 2,5-2,6 maximum of resonance values of amplitudes of vibrations of cutting plate on frequency of own vibrations.
