Description
Summary:The city of Recife houses vigorous thicknesses of fixed and geographic flows organized for the production and dissemination of music, constituting the sound circuit. We propose to analyze this circuit highlighting the links between the regulatory density in the cultural sphere and the territory used. For the development of research in addition to bibliographic and documentary survey, were instrumental field work, composed of technical visits and semi-structured interviews. It is observed as the sound circuit Recife, expression of a dense cultural knowledge awakens the corporate and government's interest by entering into disputes comprising distinct territorial scales, involving different actors and interests. It also notes the dependence of Recife sound circuit on the system of crop notices. Therefore, we advocate the need to give policy capacity to the agents of cultural circuits.
