The article deals with some issues of regulation of the termination of marriages between citizens of the Russian Federation and Ukraine, which are actualized as a result of the adoption of the Republic of the Crimea and Sevastopol to the Russian Federation. The main content of the study is the analysis of features of legal regulation of divorce. The stability of marriage with foreign citizens at greater risk, due to the fact that the legal regulations of these relations are not just domestic law, but also the rules of the foreign law, and in some cases, international agreements. Accordingly, the required attention to legal regulation of these relations and their comprehensive study.
