The use of growth regulators in the technology of cultivation of spring wheat has a positive effect on the formation of grain quality indicators, which determine the technological and baking properties of products, such as the content of protein and starch, the quantity and quality of gluten, and the volumetric weight of grain.https://www.bio-conferences.org/articles/bioconf/full_html/2020/01/bioconf_fies2020_00106/bioconf_fies2020_00106.html
