The article presents a strategic approach to world politics in case of real policy of Russia in Ukraine and in case of efforts that the Ukraine rulers try to make in order to pull country out of crisis. The author makes an attempt to use such categories, as a deactualization of Russia and the Ukraine liminality in an analysis of the factors that work against a global security and against Russia. |
