They haveto approve the procedures in formalized written documents, adapted to the specific activity.We appreciate that the specific formalized procedures are also an important component incontrolling the managerial process offering the assessment of how the exercise ofcompetencies and responsibility was done. Within the structures of public order, nationaldefense and safety, standards have been issued setting out the implementation of thecontent, form and specific typing of formalized procedures, in our case on inventory ofpatrimony. |
