Characteristic defects of the system have been found to lead to the appearance of lines with abnormally large values of g-factors (4.33 and 2.66) in the EPR spectra. The results of the experiment are discussed within the framework of a previously developed model with a defect involving an impurity iron ion replacing the Al3+ or Si4+ ion . The " Fe3+ - vacancy" model is a special case of a complexes with strong tetragonal distortion.
