Summary: | In this paper the author presents a critical examination of the Italian currently legislation on chil- dren’s rights, in particular those of migrants. The author remarks that some rights, including those of migrant children, are devoid of univocal regulation in the blinding legislative will to probe what are the “priorities” of the Country. Despite the complexity of the subject, the “hu- manism” perspective could be considered, according to the author, a valid anchor to refer to for a change of perspective. A change of perspective through which it is possible to reach full awareness of the fact that we all belong to mankind and, therefore, each of the members of human existence must experience his being in respect of his peers.
