Summary:The present article explains the socio-political emergence of the Venezuelan political party Agrupación Revolucionaria de Izquierdas de Venezuela from the perspective of historical sociology. It allows to rethink the mechanisms of institutionalisation as an interpersonnal skills and conflicting phenomenon. It is possible to explain the emergence of Venezuelan A.R.D.I. and in the fact the development of political carrers in Venezuelan exile transnational’s networks as the result of a sistemic transformation of the power areas that produced both opportunities and coercision.
