Summary: | Here we report a case of Pulmonary Hyalinising Granuloma (PHG) presenting with mild to moderate FDG positive nodules in an individual with a high risk of cancer. We explore the considerations in interpreting imaging findings and assess the benefits and risks of undertaking invasive investigations such as tissue biopsy.
