Labor induction in pregnancy complicated by myelodysplastic syndrome: A case report

Abstract Pregnancy may aggravate myelodysplastic syndrome. Cross‐matched platelets can be used in cases of refractory thrombocytopenia. Vaginal delivery can be attempted if the platelet count is at least 20 × 109/L.
