| Summary: | Humans decided to join society for common and individual progress, forming the State and granting it the power to preserve the social welfare, through the punitive and prevention of criminal behaviour; However, there are varying degrees of violation of social rules, also arises the possibility of sanctioning such violations in different ways. The primary objective of the State is to prevent the criminal act and get the social benefit, therefore, must be reintegrate the cause of antisocial behavior in society. However, there are individuals who commit very serious acts either are repetitive in the Commission of antisocial behaviour, which would have to be wondering if it is appropriate, or not, apply them negative special prevention, i.e. the inocuizacion.
