The most common cause of ARF was prerenal azotemia, nephrotoxins were the second common cause, and primary renal disease were the third.In-hospital mortality was 5.5% and 31% of this mortality was related to ARF. Poor prognostic factors were oliguria, maximum serum ceratinine (Cr) level, rise of Cr during admission, multiorgan failure, and sepsis. http://journals.tums.ac.ir/PdfMed.aspx?pdf_med=/upload_files/pdf/1136.pdf&manuscript_id=1136Acute renal failure (ARF)Etiology
