Besides, problems concerning the Romanians’ mentality of changing their vocational status have appeared, given that during the past regime it was not considered appropriate to change jobs. In this respect, for our analysis we undertook the STEEP model applied to the local market whereas our conclusions were presented in a SWOT matrix.
