This encounter became a free-flowing conversation during which some of the following topics were discussed at length: how the collective was formed; how various forms of insecurity were imposed on foreigners in French HER and how difficult it was for an autonomous voice representing foreigners to be heard within the context of protests against the law on multi-year research programming (LPPR).
