For this purpose, we developed a descriptive, quantitative, through a case study in an agricultural cooperative located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The results show that in the perception of social support at work there is a greater presence of Instrumental Support at Work and a deficiency in the perception of Emotional Support in Labor. Regarding the study of organizational commitment, the results showed a greater valuing of the Obligation to Performance, and on the other hand, a lower valuing of Obligation to Stay. Establishing relationships between perceptions of social support at work and the bases of organizational commitment, the results revealed that in relation to social support at work, there is a greater relationship between the perception of Instrumental Social Support at Work and the Obligation to Performance.http://www.revista.ufpe.br/gestaoorg/index.php/gestao/article/viewFile/263/220Social Support at WorkOrganizational CommitmentCooperative Organizations
