According to the previous studies, this paper presents the results of applying images to tissue using foil according to several technologies while one of them was studied in detail. For research were selected ten samples characterized by different chemical composition, texture and thickness of the material. The coating of fabrics was evaluated visually applying the method of experts’ opinion as well as in an experimental way using the digital microscope and Adobe Photoshop software. According to the results of the obtained data, it was given recommendations concerning the implementation of the proposed technology in the single-part production when creating the images on natural, synthetic and mixed fibers of different texture. It was also identified the role of the adhesive layer in the process of the image formation. The lineature of the screen grid during the transfer of glue is 34 threads/cm. The thickness of the polymerized layer of glue for fabrics with a relief surface is 0.1-0.2 mm. For applying glue to fabrics with high pile we recommend the use of cut stencils. It is determined that the technological parameters of the transfer of foil to the tissue depend on the origin of the tissue fibers. For fabrics made of natural fibers, higher temperatures and time are recommended, especially for cotton fabrics at a temperature of 165° C and an hour for 30 seconds. For fabrics made of synthetic fibers, the temperature and time of the foil transfer process are lower than those for natural fabrics, the temperature is optimal at 160° C and 25 seconds. The percentage of transfer of foil to synthetic fabrics is the highest.
