Summary: | <p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">Article deals with problems of motivation when setting goals together educational activities in the training of military personnel. Considered: the problem of organizing joint activities of students; the need to design their learning objectives tree for the design trajectory personal action in collaboration with the teacher work. The recommendations for the solution of the problems, referring to the design theory of motivation in the education field of military personnel.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-1">Purpose:</span> the consideration of innovative forms of education in ennyh-frames.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-1">Methodology:</span> theoretical modeling; the method of ownership of observation; formal pedagogical method.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-1">Results.</span> We introduce the concept – «management of motivations and of purposes» which is considered in relation to the organization and conduct of joint activities of students and tea-chers training military establishments. The authors give a comparative analysis of the work colleagues as part of the problem. The authors make a brief description of the model «management of motivations and of purposes». Make recommendations for the implementation of the model in the educational process of the military institution.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US">The article has scientific value, as it contains a generalization of the authors, there are scientific conclusions aimed at solving problems on the organization of joint activities of all persons of educational process.</p><p class="x-----------" xml:lang="en-US"><span class="char-style-override-1">Practical implications:</span> general pedagogy, history of pedagogy and education.</p>
