As a result of excavations in Kültepe, more than 20 thousand tablets were found. A portion of these tablets consists of the archives belonging to the Assyrian merchants. From these archives, we have learnt that Assyrian merchants have continued to their own cultural and social lifes as well as commercial activities in Anatolia.
