Description
Summary:In this paper we analyze the concept of image as a condenser of multiple, heterogeneous temporalities exposed on the notion of “eras imaginarias” forged by the Cuban writer Jose Lezama Lima. Lezama sees that category within a conceptual device that involves an epistemological break with the fundamentals of Hegelian historicism: application to organize serial and progressively all the historical events. The linchpin of Lezama proposal from which it becomes possible to establish a new causality will be the counterpoint technique.
