They have a variable clinical presentation being mostly small with an average diameter of 1 cm to 2 cm, pedunculated and rarely achieving large dimensions. As for histological characteristics, they may be predominantly epithelial or primarily stromal, and are usually benign. We present the case of a 30-year old patient with the diagnosis of a giant fibroepithelial polyp of the vulva which gradually grew in size reaching 15 cm in its largest diameter.
