Summary:The results of research of knowledge of patients are expounded after the heart attack of myocardium about the role of physical activity in the second prophylaxis. Questionnaires are conducted 333 patients. Collected socially-demographic information in relation to education of patients, domestic state, employment and financial status. It is set that only 37,3 % patients engaged in physical exercises. In 28 % patients insufficient motive activity is marked. The low level of knowledge is exposed in relation to the role of physical activity in the decline of risk of the repeated heart attack of myocardium.
