The progressive relation between the two major currencies, i.e. the U.S. dollar and the Euro, is to be considered as a starting point. The analysis is carried out within the frame of the basic statements of Lisbon Conference of March 2000. In this context, the analysis focuses on the prospects of the European Union against the USA competition, on one side, as well as China and Russian Federation, on the other side. Meantime, the analysis is emphasizing the main directions for the forecasted development of the markets in the USA, China, Russian Federation and European Union.
