Summary: | With Limitation of thingking, certainly children with intellectual disability have some learning difficulties especially academic lessons. Children with intellectual disability have many characteristics, one of them is quickly bored and forget something easily. Dice game in this study refers to a game used by researchers in attempt to improve children with intellectual disability’s limited numeracy skill to calculate the dice that appears. In this study, researchers used quantitave approach with data test and documentation as data collecting thecnic. While study design in use was one group pretest-posttest design. It was concluded that the use of dice game media can improve numeracy skills.
Dalam keterbatasan berfikir anak tunagrahita tentu mengalami kesulitan belajar terutama pelajaran akademik. Anak tunagrahita mempunyai karakteristik salah satunya adalah cepat bosan dan mudah lupa.Permainan dadu yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah permainan yang digunakan peneliti sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung saat anak tunagrahita yang terbatas pada menghitung mata dadu yang muncul. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data test dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest-postest design. Kesimpulan penggunaan permainan dadu dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung pada tunagrahita. |
