In this paper, the analysis of LbD’s design, development and evaluation work is addressed in relation to the actualization of the three statutory tasks of Finnish university of applied sciences, which are education, research and development, and regional development. Also included is an analysis of action research based on the evaluations performed by the Finnish Higher Education Evaluation Council.
