The metaphors analyzed are: the concrete wall, glass ceiling and labyrinth (Eagly & Carli, 2007). Also, this work tries to show the transformations which occurs in social groups, social roles and organizations, which favors women to gain the high level positions in those organizations.</span></p></div></div></div> |
