In this context we will discuss its proposals for social assistence, considering that social assistance is conceived as a policy that takes a peculiar place in the contemporary conjuncture, and that it is influenced by the determinations of the current development of the capitalist mode of production. In this sense, we analyse the political action of CFESS considering what they mean by social assistance and particularly in regard to combating the design of social policy of the ruling classes and their participation in the construction of laws in the prospect of defending themselves beyond the legal-formal garantees.
