Innovation in the interaction between parks and technological base companies, universities and NGOS for the development of territories

Globalization and the successive global economic crises affect in a very special way various areas of Latin America; which highlights the need for economic models that promote local development, through the promotion and mobilization of its inhabitants to search for their own progress. In order to achieve this change in reality, it is a primordial factor to take into account teachers and researchers at universities and their relationship with parks and technology-based companies. This study allows through bibliographical review and own experiences in management of the author to know some circumstances that favor the creation of technology-based companies, deepening the understanding on the management of innovative ideas and creation of companies from the university and on the own practices of use and generation of new technologies, products and / or services, providing evidence that will better “inform” policy makers and intermediaries of technology extension and management of governments, companies and universities.
