Summary: | The aim of this study is to plan the teaching of practice-based “Weaving Technology II” course based on the generative multimedia learning theory by interactive web assisted education method and to examine the effects of visual and auditory elements used in this scope on student’s success. * Yrd. By this modelling, it is investigated whether there is a difference between conventional method and supportive distance learning method in educational quality. According to the outcome of the study, as the reached level of cognitive and psychomotor area goal and target behaviors of experimental and control group students considered with their scores, it is seen that the success of experimental group students is slightly forward. However, this difference is not found significant statistically (p>0,05). Considering this result, it is concluded that web assisted education could be an alternative to conventional education method
