Teleworking advantages: the contribution of production analysis in main brazilian scientific conferences

The objective of this research is to contribute to the decision-making of the managers and workers in companies implementing teleworking. The annals of the main Brazilian congresses were analyzed,resulting in a a sample of nine articles selected from the “Telework” keyword present in the summary and subject. The theoretical contribution of this article consists of the expansion of knowledge about teleworking and the assistance this provides to companies for strategic decisions about the implementation of this innovative way of work organization. As a result, this research proved that the advantages of teleworking justify its establishment, with benefits for workers, companies and society, in terms of better quality of life, better corporative image and less traffic in the big cities, respectively.
