The aim of this study is to determine the teacher candidates' who have training on formation education to teach religion in formal education both attitudes to profession of teaching and sufficiency perceptions about their field information. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to 200 Theology Faculty students participating in the pedagogical formation certificate programme in Amasya University. As a result, it has been seen that candidate teachers who take pedagogical formation education separately from undergraduate education are thinking of they may be live some problems about providing classroom management and applying teaching methods and techniques rather than having full knowledge of field.
