Description
Summary:In the paper, the criticism of the quotations of Croatian linguist Mario Grčević, whom, by referring to a detail from the travelogue of the Russian diplomat PyotrAndreyevich Tolstoy, argues that Croats were at the end of the 17th century the dominant population of Boka Kotorska was done. By the analyse of all data from Tolstoy's travelogue which speak on the population of Boka Kotorska and its mutual opposition, it was shown in the paper that Grčević, neglecting methodology, criticized the source and made some failures, which made his statement suggestive and untrue from factograhical point of view.
