Generation of an integration-free induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line (ZZUNEUi002-A) from a patient with spinocerebellar ataxia type 3

Using a non-integrative reprogramming method, a human iPSC Line, ZZUNEUi002-A, was generated from a 22-year-old male patient with spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 /Machado-Joseph disease (SCA3/MJD). This cell line shows pluripotency both in vitro and vivo, and has a normal karyotype. The iPSC line coul...

Description
Summary:Using a non-integrative reprogramming method, a human iPSC Line, ZZUNEUi002-A, was generated from a 22-year-old male patient with spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 /Machado-Joseph disease (SCA3/MJD). This cell line shows pluripotency both in vitro and vivo, and has a normal karyotype. The iPSC line could be used as a tool for mechanism researching and drug screening.
