Summary:We present a narrative research with faculty Guipuzcoa Experimental Sciences that aims, through interviews, developing autobiographical narratives to make sense of their events, perceptions and critical reflection on their teaching life. It allowed us to give meaning to their identities teachers are structured around dialogic models and authoritarian models. We found significant differences related to both models.
