The result reveals that: 1) the administrators of the industries put great emphasis on the attitude of the STM graduates they have employed. Through those graduates are adequately qualified they have not met the administrators' expectations yet; 2) there is a diffrence in opinions between the STM managers and the administrators of the industries concerning the STM graduates; 3) the STM graduates employed at the industries believe that they are badly in need of improvement, specially on the cognitive and psychomotor aspects, though they have been adequately equipped while studying at schoolhttp://journal.um.ac.id/index.php/jip/article/view/2284
