Assuming the contradiction as inherent to the discourse and the interpellation of the subject as a ritual always susceptible to fail, allow us to observe not only the subjection to a discourse, but also the movements of transformation and resistance produced by the subject from their inception in a defined discursive formation, helping us to look to the heterogeneity as inherent to this space. From the statement of the carperos leader of Paraguay, Eulálio Lopez, who refuses the existence of braziguayans, the research will point out the taking position movements and the resistance of the subject to these sayings, discuss the amplitude of notion of resistance and taking position at the Discourse Analysis and its productivity in analytical practice.http://www.uel.br/revistas/uel/index.php/signum/article/view/25109/20162Discourse AnalysisDiscourse SubjectResistance
