Surveying some contemporary scholars` view display that when an individual kills a person who is suffering for a long term from incurable disease, then he is not committed to any crime or non ethical practice. Of course it is dependent on good will and motive based on pityingly acts, consequently insolvent person (with severe pain) dies and does not suffer more. In this situation, not only killer has not committed inhumanity, but also his/her act is like as humanitarian. Because, by this act he/she cause not to suffer insolvent person more and helped him/her to separate his/her soul from his body without double pain and suffer.
