Globalização de serviços para a cidadania: uma revisão bibliográfica sobre a infoexclusão no Brasil

This article proposes a debate on the digital exclusion based on the observation of practices related to the access and use of information and communication technologies in Brazil. Therefore, a theoretical reflection based on literature review and survey carried out in an online library is developed, in order to reflect critically about collective knowledge, in order to discover which are the gaps generated by info-exclusion. In the second part of this text, the data collected through survey are exposed and analysed. As a methodological procedure, a bibliographic review was initially carried out in the Scientific Electronic Library Online database using keywords related to info-exclusion, which allowed to retrieve texts with reference to the Brazilian territory; subsequently the keywords were separated and the reasons for the digital exclusion that each text exposed were analysed. As a result, the main reasons for the digital exclusion mentioned in the analysed texts were highlighted.
