The Republic of Moldova is situated in an area with risky agriculture. In recent years, agriculture contributes on average about 12-14% from GDP, and more than 30 percent of active rural population is engaged in agriculture. Aridizarea global climate resulted in intensifying and enhancing regularity of drought phenomenon in Moldova. Drought in the year 2015 is characterized by the absence of heavy rainfall with a regional character, mostly local, as well as the lack of rainfall in some regions of the country between May and July. It has been estimated the impact of the drought on the harvest of cereal group he also achieved productivity impairment forecast of perennial crops. At the local level in certain regions of the country, drought will have consequences quite marked over farmers, who will assume the bulk of the impact of drought in the agricultural sector, and at the national level, it will have significant implications for the food security of the country, taking account of national reserves of wheat. It was proposed that a broad spectrum of complex and urgent measures and on medium-term measures to mitigate the consequences of drought on the processes of growth and development of agricultural crops. It means a restructuring of the agricultural eco-according to a new model of sustainable intensification of agriculture, instead. Matrix has been drawn up priority instruments of risk management in agriculture. It proposes the elaboration of a national State programmer of diminishing and adapting agriculture to climate change.
