Summary:This study aims to examine the effect of motivational intelligent, case-based learning, and student’s learning achievement toward Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application system. The researchers used multiple linear regression application using SPSS software 16.0 to examine research data. The results show that learning motivation affects learning achievement. Emotional intelligence and case-based learning do not affect learning achievement of ERP. This research gives contribution about the factors that influence learning achievement of students related to learning of information system technology.
