Summary: | The problem on the personality-based self-realization is formulated. The attempt to solve the problem in the perspective of
ontological existentialism is made. The conceptualized views on self-realization in the personal mode in classical and non-classical rationality are interpreted. The conclusion is drawn on the necessity of transition from the
description of the phenomenon of personal self-realization to the explana-tion by the way of conceptualization. The problem on the self-realization
in the personal mode caused the expediency of analyzing its intentionality
at the intersection of ontological existentialism, cultural personology, and
ethical personalism. The process of the methodology is defined to be conceptualization, the method of selecting facts – abduction, the method of
defining the relationships between facts – constellation. The main problem
of the personal self-realization is shown to be the desire of man to show the
personal authenticity. It is substantiated that the intentionality of personal
self-realization is caused by the significance of the coincidence of the essence of man and truth, fixed through humanistic conscience. The form of
manifestation of intentionality is the human life position with respect to
truth. The processes and mechanisms of personal self-realization are characterized: self-development through self-transformation, self-knowledge
through reflexive activity, self-understanding through self-interpretation, attitude through acceptance. The parameters of increasing the level
of complexity of the system of personality-based self-realization are noted
to be the optimum of the tension between Me-reflexive and Me-possible of a
person, the actualization of humanistic conscience, and the systemic reflection formation. The transforming sense of acceptance is interpreted and the
role of the resource interactive key for the personality’s self-transforming
is shown. It is shown that access to the resource interactive key is conditioned by the level of self-knowledge and the resoluteness of man to guided
by humanistic conscience |
