The semantics and the degree of development of the foreign inclusions in modern newspaper text are considered. The attention is paid to the peculiarity of the national color of local journalism, its flexibility and anthropocentricity. These examples show the free use of such inclusions in cases where specific terms, concepts, and symbols from the sphere of politics and administrative activity are used, in the nominations of institutions and organizations, in the characterization of folk traditions. The author establishes that foreign elements in the official Russian public are perceived by the Kazakh native speakers as the cultural phenomena of the nation.http://vestnik-mgou.ru/Articles/View/13122bilingualismnewspaper-publicistic styleforeign language vocabularyword usageliterary languagethe norm
