Logit regression is used with crossectional data of 2469 small and medium Vietnammese enterprises. The results show that some factors have positive effect on technology innovation such as firm size, technical compliance inspections by government officials, international quality certification, exports, product innovation, and technical assistance of Government whereas informal cost has negative impact on technology innovation.
