Summary:Summary: Infectious-inflammatory diseases of the pharynx, in spite of the powerful mechanisms of natural protection, are among the most common causes of seeking doctor’s aid. Timely and adequate pharmacotherapy of inflammatory diseases ensures favorable regression of the pathological process, maintains functional safety of the protective factors of the pharyngeal mucosa and activity of the Pirogov-Waldeyer’s pharyngeal lymphadenoid ring as relevant factors of local and systemic immunity.
