Summary:The global economy has entered the era of rapid industrialization, especially in developing countries; however, under the dual constraints of resources and environment, the extensive economic growth mode will probably seriously affect the process of China's industrialization and modernization. To keep a balance between industrialization and environment and energy requirements, the development of low-carbon economy is an inevitable strategic choice. Through practical algorithm application, we are trying to verify the rationality and validity of fuzzy algorithm in the evaluation of low carbon economic development level. Model evaluation results can not only classify the low carbon industries, but also demonstrate the relationship among different industrial indexes.
