Summary:Considering the fact that political parties exert de facto in modern societies an enormous influence on legislative activity, it is important to understand their reaction not only programmed but also in practice when facing such major challenges as the one implied by the acceptance of Human Rights and, in particular , their contribution to policy and practical development of the paradigm of equality between women and men which, recognized in principle and in theory, is the subject of paradoxical partial cuts, by act or omission.
