ANALYSIS OF EXPENSES WITH IMPACT ON ACCESS TO HEALTH SERVICES
Health system spending continued to grow in all OECD countries over the past decade,despite numerous measures developed by most governments. Thus, it is noted that in 2007,total health expenditures absorbed , on average, about 9% of gross domestic product inOECD countries.
