Summary:The electric power enterprises cannot cope with the current electric power system reform trend If they do not have enough competition abilities. Therefore, how to construct competitiveness evaluation system for power enterprises according to the characteristics of power market plays an important role in improving the scientific management level of electric power enterprises. This paper designs the evaluation system of total factor competitiveness of power generation enterprises, including market force, marketing force, development force, reliability, economy, flexibility, environmental protection. Analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to determine the weight and the final evaluation basis.
