Summary: | This study focuses on studying the master dissertations covering the field education policies in Turkey in terms of various variables and paving the way for future studies. The method to collect the data is specified as document analysis. The study is designed to cover 126 master dissertations registered in Council of Higher Education Thesis Center. Descriptive analysis is used to decode the data collected, be converted into findings, frequency and percentage to form the tables. According to the findings of the study it turned out to be that the European Union education policies, education policy practices in primary level, and education policies during the Atatürk era are the most studied topics whereas ideology-policy, revolution-education policy, and comparative education policies are the least demanded topics to study
