Description
Summary:For the future of academic education, investments in higher education should be a publicpriority, since this generates long-term effects both on human resources development, which represents the most important resource of a nation, and on producing knowledge, without which we could not possibly evolve. In Romania, the question of providing thenecessary funds to universities has increasingly become a matter of financial managementand of methods used in order to obtain their economic efficiency. The introduction of alegal form of participation of the employers in financing higher education would motivateuniversities to increase the quality of education, considering that, out of the total number ofgraduates, only the best will be integrated in the labour market, and that the forminguniversities will be rewarded.
